Valentine’s Retreat: A Celebration of Love in All Its Forms

  • Villa Saga 303a Sepänkyläntie Kirkkonummi, Uusimaa, 02400 Finland (map)

Organisers: Mandi Appelberg & Anna Sarmanto

This Valentine’s weekend, step into a space of connection, joy, and renewal. Whether you come with a partner, a dear friend, or simply with an open heart, this retreat is dedicated to celebrating love in all its forms: self-love, friendship, and the bonds that unite us.

During this three-day retreat, yoga and pilates teacher Mandi will lead you through seven guided practices created to restore balance, cultivate presence, and open the heart. Guided practices are: Vinyasa flow yoga, Yin yoga, Pilates, Sound healing and Gentle yoga flow (see full schedule for class descriptions).

Between classes, you’ll delight in wholesome, heartful meals prepared with care by Anna, co-author of the gut health cookbooks Syö hyvä mieli and Syö hyvä olo.

There will also be plenty of time to relax, restore, and connect with others, whether by enjoying the sauna and hot tub, journaling, or simply breathing in the beauty around you

This retreat is not just about movement; it’s about creating memories of love and friendship, honoring yourself and those around you.

Come as you are, leave with your heart open <3
