Pilates Retreat

Hosts/teachers: Alessandra & Nina

This Pilates mini retreat is an invitation to step away from daily routines and spend a weekend reconnecting with your body through thoughtful movement and rest. The program is built around well-structured Pilates practices that support strength, alignment, mobility, and body awareness — without rushing or pushing.

Across the weekend, sessions move between steady, grounding work and more flowing sequences. We work with foundational mat exercises, controlled transitions, and clear movement patterns, allowing strength and ease to develop side by side. Each practice is designed to feel supportive, intelligent, and effective.

Between sessions, there is plenty of time to slow down and enjoy being cared for. Gather for nourishing food, relax in the sauna and hot tub, spend time outdoors, read, rest, or simply do nothing at all. The rhythm of the retreat leaves space for both movement and recovery.

This one-night Pilates retreat offers a calm, comfortable environment to reset, refocus, and return to everyday life feeling stronger, more aligned, and well rested.

You are warmly welcome 🤍
