1. Release of Villa Saga and its personnel from liability:

I choose to practice at Villa Saga events, practices and exercises at my own risk. I am aware of all the risks inherent in the physical training offered and the program of the retreats/events at Villa Saga, such as yoga, forest walks, I announce that I am releasing Villa Saga and its representatives from all responsibility in case my health or property is harmed in the premises of Villa Saga in their events, practices and exercises.

2. Customer’s cancellation policy for retreat organized by Sagayoga at Villa Saga:

All cancellations must be sent in written form to info@villasaga.fi and the cancellation is valid from the date of receiving the email.

If cancellation happens for a non-medical reason at least 25+ days in advance of the retreat start date, we will return the retreat price, but withhold/charge a 50€ booking and admin fee.

24 - 3 days in advance of the retreat start date, will withhold 50% of the retreat price. If retreat payment is not yet paid, an invoice for 50% of retreat price will be sent. This is due to the fact that late cancellations often do not get resold.

2 - 0 days days in advance of the retreat start date, we will withhold 80% of the retreat price. If retreat payment is not yet paid, an invoice for 80% of retreat price will be sent.

If you are canceling your retreat booking due to a medical reason such as injury or and sudden illness we will return your retreat booking price in full. In order or to be eligible for this return due to a medical reason a valid note/report from a doctor.

3. Cancellation of booking by Villa Saga:

In case of a extraordinary event (force majeure) or a low number of participants Villa Saga has the right to cancel an event (retreat etc.). Villa Saga will immediately inform all customers who have made a booking and any and all payments shall be returned to the customer.
