Step into the glow of candlelight, crisp autumn air, and the enchantment of Halloween. Under the October Moon is a unique overnight retreat that weaves together playful, seasonal energy with the grounding practices of yoga, Pilates, barre, and mindful nature connection.
The Journey
Friday evening welcomes you with warm autumn vibes. Arrive and settle in before igniting your inner fire with Pumpkin Power Pilates—a playful harvest-inspired class that blends core strength with seasonal spirit. After a cozy dinner (and a few trick-or-treat surprises), sink into deep relaxation with Yoga Candlelight Yin, letting candlelight and stillness guide you into the night.
Saturday morning begins softly with a meditative morning sauna in candlelight, followed by the energizing Boo-tiful BARRE Burn—a chic, moody barre session designed to make you sweat, smile, and glow. A nourishing autumn brunch replenishes you before we close with a grounding forest walk led by Lauri, connecting body and breath with the beauty of nature.
This Halloween, gift yourself a night of balance, community, and seasonal joy. Move, laugh, rest, and recharge under the October moon.

Practices: Guided practices are suitable for all levels.
Food: Healthy vegetarian and mostly gluten free.
Rooms and sleeping: Staying in 3-4 person rooms. Beds with natural materials.
We will provide: Bed linen, towels, bathrobe, and of course everything you need for yoga.
Bring with you: Comfy clothes, water bottle, swimsuit, and something suitable for the outdoors and the weather if you want to join the forest walk.

The price (€359) includes 3 practices, two meals, accommodation, sheets and towels, and a guided forest walk. We make you feel as at home as possible with us - you only need to bring your own comfortable clothes and a toothbrush.

Arriving
By car: 30 min from Helsinki. Enough parking for everyone.
By public transport: Take a train to Kirkkonummi and continue to Villa Saga with a bus number 907.
