Movement & Rest: A 24h Weekend Reset
Pilates | Yoga | Sound Healing | Meditation
Hosts/teachers: Lauri & Roosa
Life is can be busy. Your calendar is probably full.
Sometimes whole days just fly by with no chance to take time for yourself.
Here is an invitation to take a real feel-good break…
Here’s the thing! (that you already likely know). Modern life can often keep our nervous systems in a state of alert and some form of chronic, low-grade stress. It is a biological fact that our bodies require real intentional intervals of physiological rest to process this input and move from "fight or flight" back into a restorative state. To enable you to feel like you are naturally enegized and present in you life.
Our offer is to facilitate exactly that.
Join us for a weekend designed to optimize your recovery, calm the nervous system, build up lovely energy not just stillness, but also feel-good movement patterns. This is not a bootcamp, and there are no expectations regarding your physical form or flexibility. This is a deliberate and thought-out approach to rest, combining mindful movement with setting and environment that encourage profound physical and mental decompression.
We’d love to share this weekend of wellbeing with you.
