Sagayoga is bringing you a brand new mini-retreat inspired by the warmth, flavors and slow-living spirit of Italy. Think golden afternoon light, simple pleasures, long lunches, delicious food, mindful movement and time to truly breathe.
Picture this: a peaceful villa in Kirkkonummi, just 30 minutes from Helsinki. The scent of fresh herbs in the air, a soft breeze in the trees, the feeling of late summer on your skin—and a welcome drink in your hand.
This is our Taste of Italy mini-retreat — designed to give you a little escape from everyday life and a gentle reminder of how good it feels to slow down and enjoy life, Italian-style.
Led by your retreat guides, Roosa & Lauri, the weekend blends calming yoga flows, uplifting Pilates, grounding meditation, a nourishing sound bath in nature and plenty of guided “me time”. The atmosphere is inspired by Italian simplicity: good food, good company, beautiful moments and unhurried living.

A guided sensory ritual with gentle breathwork, reflection, intention setting and embodied presence. Inspired by the Italian way of savoring life.

Time to yourself, dip in the nearby lake (car ride provided), sauna or sleep in

09:30 Suoni della Natura – Forest Sound Bath Experience 🌲
A guided sound bath in nature, followed by coffee and breakfast in a peaceful forest atmosphere
11:00 Allungare & Sostenere – Pilates strong
(“Lengthen & Support” – mobility, softness and supportive strength)
11:30 Cerchio di Chiusura – Closing Circle
12:00 Arrivederci – Time to Head Back Home
All guided practices are suitable for all levels.
Food: Charcuterie board with something for everyone, both vegetarian and meat options.
Bring with you: Comfy clothes, water bottle, and something suitable for the outdoors if you want to go for a walk in the forest.
