In a calm silence, allow the energy of spring to ignite a sense of renewal within you. Release the old, welcome the new, and emerge from this retreat with a refreshed perspective and a heart of gratitude for the present moment.

This retreat welcomes you to absorb the wisdom and clarity of silence - an alive sense of openness and expansion as we let things be and connect with the flow of life. Often, in every day life, silence and being quiet might seem like a limitation or a contraction - here we will recognize the absolute opposite of that.

You will spend the time from Friday evening to Sunday morning not speaking, in noble silence. We will have guided practices where the instructions are spoken, but of course long moments of total silence.

Seldom do we have the chance to experience the power of keeping silent and simply being open to curious and meaningful things that arise.

Embrace the power of silence as you retreat into a world of quiet introspection. Free from distractions, delve into the depths of your being and find clarity amidst the stillness.


Yoga and meditation: Guided asana practices are suitable for all levels. 

Food: Healthy vegetarian and gluten free. 

Rooms and sleeping: Staying in 3-4 person rooms. Beds with natural materials.

We will provide: Bed linen, towels, bathrobe, and of course everything you need for yoga.

Bring with you:  Comfy clothes, water bottle, swimsuit, and something suitable for the outdoors and the weather if you want to join the forest walk.

Arriving

By car: 30 min from Helsinki. Enough parking for everyone.

By public transport: On Friday the train departing from Helsinki will take you to the Masala, continue from there with a bus number 906. If you go with to Kirkkonummi the train, continue with the buss 907. Both of them stops very close to our place.

On Sunday the 907 bus will not run, but the nearest train station to Masala is 3 kilometers from us. We can bring you to the station. :)
