New Year – True You

A weekend of yoga, pilates, mindful movement, creative play, and nourishing food. Start 2026 grounded, strong, and fully yourself—no pressure, just presence.

In the heart of winter, give yourself a weekend to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
This retreat is not about becoming a “new you” – but about meeting yourself exactly as you are, perhaps just a little stronger, a little softer, and more at home in your own body.

What to expect:

  • Strong pilates & yoga sessions to strengthen and restore

  • Gentle creative movement practices to let go of control and rediscover playfulness

  • Deep relaxation and grounding yin practices, yoga nidra and sound healing

  • Nourishing food by a professional chef, and shared meals enjoyed in good company

  • A safe and supportive space to connect with yourself and others

Retreat themes:

  • Finding strength while honoring your boundaries

  • Rising into your own superpower of being you

  • Joy, lightness, and curiosity through movement and play

  • Accepting yourself as you are – a counterbalance to the constant “self-improvement” culture

  • Starting the new year with clarity, confidence, and compassion for yourself

This weekend is an invitation to slow down, move with intention, and feel deeply nourished – body, mind, and spirit.

Limited spots available!

Meet yor host - Alisa

Alisa is a yoga and pilates teacher and a sound healing practitioner with a passion for creating spaces where movement, creativity, and connection meet. She has been teaching at Sagayoga since 2018. Yoga became a turning point for her, and a way to reconnect with herself and discover new possibilities. She has since dedicated her work to helping others find both strength and softness in their own lives.

Her teaching blends grounding practices with playfulness, encouraging you to move at your own pace, challenge yourself safely, and enjoy the freedom of expression. With experience in guiding everything from dynamic pilates and yoga sessions to deeply restorative sound journeys, Alisa invites you to explore your body, mind, and creativity in new ways.

Off the mat, her curiosity flows into flower design, improvisation, and exploring life’s many textures. At the retreat, she’s there to hold space, guide practices, and make sure you feel both supported and inspired every step of the way.

Ready when you are

Thank you for taking the time to explore what this retreat is all about. Whether you’re seeking strength, softness, creativity, or simply a pause from the everyday, this space is for you.

We’re so excited to share these days with you, to move, rest, and laugh together, and to give you the chance to come back to yourself, fully.

✨ Can’t wait to welcome you at Villa Saga.

with love

Alisa
