Villa Saga -  General Terms and Conditions Sagayoga Oy

The following general terms and conditions have been created to allow for successful retreats and events at Villa Saga. 

Renting in general

Villa Saga is rented for private events and their type (eg. yoga retreat, team day etc.), duration of rent and number of participants / guests is agreed together with the renting persons and Villa Saga personnel when rent is confirmed.

The object of rent is Villa Saga building and the surrounding yard - this is marked on a map available at the location.

Materials, wares and furniture

All materials (yoga props, bed linen, furniture) and spaces not marked as private are also included in the rent and may be used during the rent.

The kitchen and all appliances and kitchenware are included in the rent - the renting persons are responsible for correct and safe use of the appliances and kitchenware during the rent time. 

Reservation fee
Reservation fee is equal to half of the rent amount. Reservation fee is charged when rent reservation is made.

Cancellation
The reservation fee is returned in full if the reservation is canceled three (3) months prior to the rent time. However an office and admin fee of 75€ (+tax) will be charged in this case.

If the event is canceled by Villa Saga personnel due to a reason not caused by or originating from the renting persons, the full amount will be returned.

Damages

If the property of Villa Saga is damaged during the rent by the renting person or their guests, they are liable to cover the costs of the repair of those damages.

Accessing Villa Saga

Accessing Villa Saga at the time of the rent is always agreed upon before the start of the rent time - either someone will be present at the start of the rent time or a key will be provided beforehand.

Cleaning

Cleaning the space is always done by the renting persons unless a final cleaning service is purchased from Villa Saga / Sagayoga Oy. All used spaces must be vacuumed, toilet and bathroom surfaces wiped clean, trash must be taken out to the recycling bins, dishes and appliances must be cleaned and put back in place. (Full cleaning instructions are available at the space.)

All belongings and materials brought in by the renting persons / guests must be taken away by renting persons / guests at the end of rent time, unless agreed otherwise before the end of rent time.  

If the cleaning is not done as instructed, a fee of 350€ will be charged from the renting persons. 

Fire safety and water damage

Candles are to be used only in the middle floor and sauna shower room. If any candles are burning in any space there must be a person in attendance of the flame at all times.  

If any water damage is caused during the rent time or a leak in any appliance or piping is noticed during the rent time, Villa Saga personnel must be notified immediately.

Smoking is not allowed inside.
