Step into a sun-soaked retreat at beautiful Villa Saga where every sense is invited to come alive. Experience Summer with your whole being.
Few of the practices will focus on a particular sense to dive deeper.
Touch: Awaken your sense of touch during a Gentle Flow with myofascial release and tapping massage.
Hearing: Balance your sense of hearing – internally during a spicy Vinyasa that challenges you to listen to your boundaries, externally by simply receiving a soothing sound bath.
Taste: Widen your sense of taste and learn something new during a foraging workshop with cooking class led by biologist & herbalist Anna Nyman
Smell: Enjoy the smell of Summer at our doorstep and soften into a delicious Aroma Yin practice.
Sight: Let your sense of sight refresh during a lake gazing meditation with guided journaling to look inward.
For everyone who has a body. No need to have previous experiences of any of the above. Come as you are, your senses will follow <3
